Lotus Rolled Rice Flakes are derived from brown whole grain of rice. They have been steamed, rolled, flattened and dried. Can be used as an alternative to breadcrumbs, or in risottos and baking.

Whole Grain Brown Rice (100%). May contain gluten.
Usage Directions:
Rolled rice flakes can be cooked as rolled oats into a lovely naturally gluten free porridge or used in baked goods like ANZAC biscuits as a gluten free alternative. To prepare combine 1/2 cup of Lotus Rice Flakes with 1 cup of water and milk and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until creamy and cooked. Enjoy as a gluten free porridge.
