Usage Directions:
A versatile gluten free flour that can be used for batters, breads or as a vegan egg substitute in savoury and sweet cooking. To make a vegan egg batter to use for scrambled eggs or quiche fillings blend 1 cup of Lotus Besan Flour with 1 can of coconut cream or 1 cup of soy or plant based milk. Season and use like eggs for savoury dishes. You can even dip bread into it and cook as French toast.
