Usage Directions:
Traditionally used in French galettes, Russian blinis, Japanese soba noodles, Irish soda breads or more modern grain free Greek pita breads, American biscuits, banana loaf and apple tea cakes, soft cookies, crisp crackers, waffles muffins and more. Apple & buckwheat pancakes: combine 1 cup Lotus Buckwheat flour with 2 grated apples, 1 cup of milk of choice, 2 teaspoons Lotus baking powder and either 2 eggs or 2 tablespoons Lotus flax meal. Let stand for a few minutes then cook in a greased pan until cooked on one side, flip and cook the other side. Serve with cinnamon sugar, maple syrup or honey.
