Usage Directions:
Prepare millet grains in a similar way to rice and serve as a side. The golden grains look like couscous but are a naturally gluten and grain free wholefood. To cook millet combine 1 cup of Lotus Millet with 2 cups of water, stock or milk. Simmer for 15 minutes, cover, rest for 10 minutes then fluff before serving.
