Pepperberries contain polygodial, a component with potent antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties.
Turmeric and Lemon Myrtle have anti-inflammatory properties and act as powerful antioxidants.
We also included Black Pepper to enhance bioavailability of curcumin, the primary active ingredient in turmeric.
How to Use
Loose Leaf Tea
In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.
Tea Bags
In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.
Iced Tea
Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
