Directions for Use
Adults – Take one capsule three times daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Linseed Oil (Flaxseed Oil) 1 g (1000 mg), equiv. Linolenic Acid (Omega-3) 575 mg, Linoleic Acid (Omega-6) 120 mg and Oleic Acid (Omega-9) 110 mg.
Allergen Information
NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugars, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soya beans. No artificial colours or flavours.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bottle / or cap seal is missing or broken.
